Excellent property we went all family members 6 adults and 3 kids in this 2 senior citizen was there. We enjoyed staying at SSN stay. Cleanliness was very good. We cooked food as well. We almost use all facilities like Water filter, freeze, we request for extra matress and provided immediately with happy faces. Car parking facility was very good This was my second time stay at SSN stay homes and really it was awesome Recommended to everyone

Check-in timing and checkout timing is worst

My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. On the day of arrival, the roads leading to the hotel were blocked, and there was no proper communication or support from the hotel to help us reach the location. We were forced to wait for over an hour just to access the premises. To make matters worse, despite the delay being beyond our control, the hotel charged high prices and showed no flexibility or courtesy. When we requested an extra hour for checkout due to the initial waiting time, the staff’s approach was unprofessional and unhelpful. Overall, the experience lacked basic hospitality and customer support. Would not recommend this hotel based on the service we received.

Rooms were neat and clean, Toilets were neat, View of the hill was very beautiful. The road leading to the property is little bit inside not in the main road.

The homestay was located near to Alipiri which provided easy commute to Tirumala. Flat was clean with all amenities which are well maintained. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help.

Excellent stay, the property is situated in a convenient location, close to all local amenities and near to many famous temples. A fully furnished apartment and kitchen, which has every appliance you need to cook meals for yourself was the best part, especially when travel-ling with toddler and senior citizens(parents) like i did. Homestay was very good with a pleasant place and a great view of tirumala. It was well maintained with plenty of car parking. The caretaker was also very good and polite in sharing all the required details and has helped in getting the food etc.
