Excellent stay. Mr.Kiran is very cooperative and a nice gentleman. i personally thank him. We experienced a home stay. Accomodation is very neat and clean. Good and well mannered staff. Property is located in a nice place and everything is nearby.

Good and Comfortable Stay

We had a really nice and comfy stay! Booked a single-bedroom flat for 3 people and 1 kid and it was just perfect for us. The place is clean and well-kept. The living room has a smart TV, Wi-Fi, a sofa, and diwan. The kitchen comes with basic stuff like a kettle and plates and fridge. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and an attached bathroom that was clean and hygienic. The water heater worked great, and there were plenty of plug points for all our chargers. They provided toothbrushes, soap, and shampoo. There’s also a hair dryer — not the best, but it does the job. We got early check-in(1 Hour) without any extra charges, and late check-out(6 Hours) with Charges so that made our travel plans so much easier.

*Reception person doesnot not any other language other than local language. *We travelled 3 peoples gave only one soap(Tat too small size) *Room service is zero no intercom to reach receptionist on need *Requested some late checkout but owner was not ready to accept *overall i say dont prefer this property and not worth for money *MMT take a look on the comment

Very friendly and empathetic. Rooms were clean and properly furnished. Would be even better if continuous drinking water facilities are provided instead of single bottle water per day. overall very good.

The scenic Tirumala mountain views from the balcony add to the charm, making it an ideal homestay or service apartment for families. The comfort and hospitality here are truly top-notch. The owner, Mr. Kiran Reddy Garu, goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel at home. A remarkable experience we had was when we were about to miss our train—one quick call, and he personally rushed to hand over our luggage, stored safely in their office, without hesitation or expectation. Such kindness and humanity are rare today! My parents still cherish the warmth and hospitality they received, and they’ve already recommended Divya Comforts to friends and family. If you're visiting Tirupati, this is the perfect place to stay and relax before heading to Tirumala for darshan. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the Penthouse. Very comfortable and all the fixtures are in very good condition like AC, Bed, Fan etc The washroom is very clean and the terrace view is awesome. Suitable for couples and not suitable for families. May take the other options in the same premises. Located in the residential area and very easy access from railway station and bua stand thru Auto / Cab. (you may get auto from this home stay within 2mins) Service is also good. Overall Value for Money and Good stay.
