Sbs residents worst service. Rooms are ok but not working tv. Worst washrooms not clean. I suggest you not take this rooms ok

There’s lot of disturbance in the property it’s not worth it u can afford 800 to 900. They charged for ac room the mattress is so pathetic

What all not for clean not for note 4 responsibility very very bad bottle no water not all?

Bathroom not clean, wash base water tap not working. Bed sheets are in poor conditions. No waste bucket. Elecrical wiring’s not good

No drinking water, nasty toilet, many big rats running, broken electric switch give shock unsafe.

i'll stay this hotel is bathroom is very dirty and very very bad smell my wife vomiting 2/3 times i don't recommend anybody people

Worst experience of booking hotel never faced, and hotel reception person has charged 800 named r eddy when we have checked out early at 8:00 am

Well accommodation, good hospitality, pleasurable conditions.

The place is located closest to renigunta railway station & tirupati airport is 5 kms. Hotel is couple of notches below average due to cleanliness, facilities and maintenance.

Extra 500 rupees charged for early check in. Actually we need the room from 10th morning 5 o'clock to next day morning 6 o'clock

The only pro is that it is very close to the railway station. Very old building. The bathroom was very untidy. The wash basin was leaking. The room boy was not at all polite.
