Average Stay
At first the hotel is good later the behaviour of one of the guy in the hotel is a bit weird like we are 3 people 2 guys in one room and 1 girl in another room at first we explained about everything like 2 men and 1 women they said one of the id proof is good enough later the guy one of them came to our room and took us down just like that was ridiculous if they wanna ask us they can ask us directly but the way of speaking is way worst to us i already took a room there an year ago before this booking but this time it was a worst behaviour towards the customer rest everything is good. No i dont have any images.

Excellent Stay
Budgetary with a clean and neat room and just 5 mins walk to the ps4 restaurant. 10 mins drive to thirumala toll plaza

Poor Stay
I visited the hotel manager at hotel said this is the hotel. Hotel name is different. But i call then it goes to same hotel but hotel name different. No towels, soaps in the room no hot water. No wifi. Beds are not good as shown. Very poor

Misleading property and room pictures
The pictures shown and the property are not the same. The address and booking is matching. The property name says pearl suites but the property location point to deccan suites and room linen filled with stains and when asked for new linen they said they will change the room and took to fourth floor where stinking cigarette smell is coming. The shower is fully clogged and not working. Pathetic experience

coupleLess privacy as the window is into the corridor. No hot water. The room is not so clean. No towels and toiletries provided. Name board not there. It is within another hotel deccan park or something.
