Bed, mattress was good. Able to get hot water. AC was working. Towels, soap was provided. Don't find watchman at the entrance always, find a way to call him. Not able to lock door properly. Need to use door keys to lock it. There is no hotel nearby.

It’s situated just before the main Thirumala flyover and is a convenient spot. Many hotels are nearby hence food is not an issue. I did not order any food with them so am not sure about that. The room was decent and facilities were decent for a few night stay. Car and bike parking available. I have stayed at few hotels in the same place. But this one is much better in my opinion.

Everything was fine and good with the service. But having breakfast for this price would be deal or else this is overpriced. And locality i would rate -4/5

Comfortable and compact room, good airconditioning, hot water, limited covered parking in stilt area. Very polite, courteous and helpful propreitor/manager and staff. Location close to Tiruchanur, in peaceful side roads just beside where Garuda Varadhi begins.

Good place to stay and good for family

Decent accommodation when on a pilgrimage. The rooms and linen could be cleaner but the clean washroom and friendly staff makeup for it. Can’t complain for the price. We stayed here for 1.6k per night.

Was spacious, neat and worth the money

The stay was quite comfortable. All arrangements were excellent. All facilities like shops, food courts and other amenities are available at stone's throw. Location is also very good. This is the third time we are staying in this hotel. We always prefer to stay here only whenever we plan to visit tirupati

management was so helpful and professional, overall a good experience staying in this place. room condition is good as well as the amenities they gave a are also expected as shown in the listing

We went with 10months old baby and the host of the property was courteous enough to help us with all our needs. Property is very clean and hygienic and service was also very good.

Stay was good and rooms are clean. Quite good at that price in tirupathi. We have booked 2 single bedroom and not faced any problems in our stay

We stayed two nights, overall it's a homely experience staying here. Excellent management with friendly nature and staff also very good and polite.

Neither it is a hotel nor a homestay. Disguised and something in middle. No common room as mentioned. They don't have a reception, they sit in a office where you are not allowed to go with your shoes on, and they make faces. The room is closed in non working hours and so you need to call their howling service guy. No option of tea or coffee. Service is pathetic, we had to carry our luggage to and fro. Very practical minded no human emotion, we had to extend our stay by 6 hours the guy charged us full for 2 rooms playing on our situation. For me the final nail in the coffin was when their service guy howled at me when i asked him for fresh towels for the day. For 3 days not a single day the bedsheet was changed even after requests and in the name of room cleaning the rooms only get cleaned through broom no sweeping while you are staying.
