Good location with ambience and great support.

It was a pleasant stay. Some improvements might help. Like soap in bathrooms. Ac was in great condition and overall good experience.

Home stay is very nice and the location is very good. I would recommend family accommodation.

Location and view is very good. Good restaurants nearby. Amenities wise, there are small issues like ac temperature control is missing and some utensils are missing for a homestay, for example sugar and salt.

I was there with my family and the place was very nice neat and clean beds kitchen and wash room! totally recommended for family and friends! green all around and peaceful area no traffic no disturbances! enjoyed!

Our family stay in this sols is a memorable one. The property is very luxurious and located at a place where we had easy accessibility for best hotels like ps4(pure veg, peach door restaurant and ta-bun restaurant too. Coming to the rooms they are very clean and spacious with well ventilated. The hill view from the room is very beautiful. The access to both public and private transport is very convenient. The host jayachandra r eddy is very professional and helpful throughout our stay. He had helped us with key pilgrimage details and timings and helped in planning near by temples due to which we saved a lot of time and covered more tourist places in a shorter span. The furniture in the room is modern, the room service person is also very helpful throughout our stay. The bathrooms are clean and ac's are fully functional. There was also a generator for the power backup. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this sols homestay. From next time i will refer your homestay to my friends and collogues when they visit tirupati

Stated at this place with family of 4. Liked it as nearby ps4 veg restaurant is there for food. Just 1km from tiruchanur and bang to srikalahasthi hiway. Better than cramped room stays in hotels for sure with family

I stayed with my family in a 2 bedroom room, where in the rooms are very neat and clean, good hotels are nearby to have food. If you are travel-ling as a family in car this is the best place to stay which is reachable to tirumala via newly opened bridge and shri padmavathi amma vari temple. Owner mr jayachandra reddy, his daughter and entire family was so courteous and polite and was supporting us during our stay. Wishing them all the best and i strongly recommend to stay here.

I booked a 1bhk apartment, however it's just one room space partitioned into 3 rooms, two steps from main door the living is over, 2 steps to your left kitchen is over, room has hardly any space to move after the cot the posting in shows photos of 2bhk even for 1 bhk which is misleading frequent water availability and power trip issues

The stay was good, rooms are clean. But the photos posted are for only 2/3 bhk the 1 bhk flats are very small not suitable for family, in my flat, electrical probs were there and were not resolved. The care takers are good 👍🏻 parking place is outside, location is average, but overall a good stay

It is an excellent homestay with good hygiene and clean. Staff is very cooperative and helpful. It is very near to temples and visiting places, zomato and swiggy facilities are available. Public transport facilities are easily available. Having power backup and owner of the property knows the meaning of hospitality. Lift facilities and parking space is also good finally worth the money

It was so satisfied. We do not find any challengers to reach and it was close to highways as well.

Homestay is near to the highway in the outskirts of tirupati and near to padmavati amma temple and the owner jaya chandra reddy received us like he knows us before itself. The stay is quite similar to places we take rest in the cities. Well maintained. Hotels are also nearby. Perfect place for family.

Ac condition is excellent and ro water provided. Rooms are very clean and neat. Check-in and checkout timings are flexible. Rooms are very big with good lenin. Lot of hotels for food near the stay. It is very near to highway and main roads connectivity. We had wonderful time with family in this trip and we will visit next time definitely. Thanks for all the support and guidance.

Room is very big with large cot and goodnight bottles arranged. Excellent ac in the room and ro water arranged for drinking. Lot of restaurants near to the stay. Very cleanly maintained and fast wi-fi network as-well. It is very near to min road and highway. Owner was more flexible in check-in and check-out timings. Also we got good guidance to visit to tirumala and other temples in and around. He also arranged local transport in affordable price. Gas stove and vessels also arranged for cooking food and boiling milk/water. I have wonderful time with family in this trip and definitely we will visit next time and refer to my friends.
