I stayed at GM Hotel for 4 days. Actually, my check-in time was 11 AM, but since I was traveling solo, I called them in advance. They said, “No problem, you can come,” and allowed me to check in 3 hours earlier. The management was really impressive — they treated me with great respect and care. The staff members there were also very polite and respectful. Overall, I had a very good experience. Coming to the room — I had booked an AC Deluxe Room. It was very nice, neat, and clean, with 24-hour hot water facility. From my room, the hill view was absolutely beautiful. To sum up, everything about this hotel was positive. I’m very satisfied with my stay and highly recommend it to everyone. For families, friends, or especially solo women travelers, this is the No.1 and best hotel! and lastly i find this place at make my trip app....

Hotel room not same describe on Make my trip poor service

There is no restaurant facility in the hotel, vegetarian food is not available nearby, mostly non-veg food is available. The hotel amenities which were mentioned in the Make My Trip description were not provided, like breakfast was included, the hotel people said that it was only for one day and they refused, after that there was no iron, the size of the room was less, 1938 square meters was given, and 2 single beds were not there, even that was not there, hair dryer and cleaning was only for one day, the hotel people said that they will not do it now, nothing was provided without asking, even drinking water was not available, the services are very complete, I will never book this hotel in future nor will I prefer it to anyone.

We did not mention that we have a restaurant facility available in our premises, there are lot of veg restaurants available around you can check in maps, also we do provide breakfast like idli,dosa and upma based on your preference, you can ask the staff to clean your room and we did not mention or there is no pics of hair dryer and iron in our rooms. we do provide complimentary water bottles in every room.There is a queen size bed and extra beds will be provided to your necessity. Customer satisfaction has always been our first priority at GM hotel , if you have any issues you can sort out with our staff they can help you out. Please do visit us again, so that you can notice our hospitality standards.

GM Hotel is good in respect of location, ambience, and staff. The lapse is that the TV in the room is properly working -- either TV Channels or OTT platform channels. It is not a AC room and no Geyser is available in the bathroom for hot water.

I had checked in at 9 am which was a part of complimentory checkin. The manager asked us to checkout early by 10 am instead of 12 pm checkout today. Ideally as part of complimentory checkout i can checkout till 2 pm but he asked is to vacant early. Also breakfast he said only dosa amd idli is available. Terrible experience with my family

I had booked an executive room for my family with breakfast.. I was offered two separate rooms.. Which is still fine.. but hotel doesn't have is own parking.. It is only street parking and business around the hotel don't allow to park in front of their shops.. The hotel doesn't have restaurant and they simply offered idlies for breakfast.
