Great location, well maintained property, well behaved staff. Food menu and taste could’ve been better but overall a great place to stay.

Everything was good, hot water was not coming. Privacy and staffs are friendly.

The properly was serene. Tucked away near the serene hills of Kookkal , The Westwood Hotel was an absolute delight. The cabins are beautifully designed — charming, cozy, and surrounded by nature, offering the perfect balance of comfort and quiet. One of the highlights of our stay was the food — delicious, home-cooked meals that felt like they came straight from a family kitchen. Every dish was warm, comforting, and made with love. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the service. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We had an amazing time here — peaceful, refreshing, and exactly what a getaway should feel like. Highly recommended for anyone looking to slow down and soak in the beauty of the hills.

Property and view everything was fine but the location is not accessible to the town and there’s no proper food provided even after paid 730 Rs fried rice was terrible otherwise the property was very good

Location seems to be alone, bit scary too the way how it looks. Service is very poor and the food or tea, all to be provided only by the care taker team and it is too late. Food taste is excellent. The property needs a lot of improvement to make people stay more comfortable. There needs to be a proper compound wall, and walking path with lights for the rooms, some sort of garden. That makes people connected and feel good. Kookal location itself is inside a jungle and to add more, this property provided a scary feel. Based on reviews only, l booked it. Definitely not worth the money spent.

Property location is good but tge landscape lacks proper maintenance. Food is just average. With that kind of remote location, food must have been exceptional. Rooms cleanliness needs improvement as well.

Different type of stay which make us relax .. rooms are spacious, clean food was very limited in verities but tasty.. hotel has to provide some outdoor activities for the guests... since it s a very remort stay ... this place can be visited as group stays ... overall the place s soo good ... like to stay again....

The property was so calm and relaxing and we had absolute pleasant stay for 2 days. Special mention to the caretakers. They were so polite and served is with a great food. Overall we had a great stay, definitely would recommend people who looking for calm place to stay
