I'm not satisfied with the very poor bathroom overall

On reaching thehotel, said that there are no facilities available under my booking ID and insisted to upgrade to another rooms with an additional payment of Rs.3,600, which I had paid on confirming that the transaction is being made with intimation to MakeMyTrip through hotel authorities. 1. Location is good 2. Food is not available at the stay 3. Amenities: Very poor, due to Electrical short circuit, Nokia G45 and Samsung A30 mobile chargers got defective worth Rs.2800/-. Also, the hotel staffs haven't compensated but simply said SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED. Unable to continue stay, vacated on 25.04.25 morning 9am itself. But, there's no concession in any aspect. Indirectly, paid Rs.10,000 for 02 rooms for 02 days along

Worst experience. Worst room. No toiletries. No service at all. Rooms are s. Elly. Toilets not clean.

Aver-all booking through make my trip is good. I will not have to worry about the booking.

Very worst experience. No water, no hot water. Rooms and cleaning are good. Receptionist also very good person.
