Hygiene property. Staff is good. Food was delicious. Nice abience. And has a train restaurant as well.

Hotel is good, but can be better. Some sought of water logging is there in rooms. Location is good. Staff is also ok.

Terrible Stay
Geyser not working. No hot water. Whole passage and room smelled of ciggerate. Mouse found in room and no action taken. Walls were full of moisture and mold. Mouse droppings were there on bed sofa and almirah.

Average Stay
Much more professionalism is appreciated from the staffs members at the time of serving breakfast, instead of trying to get away with the stuffs without coming up with a solution. If the things are unavailable then they must have a second option rather than straight away denying. Asked for english breakfast it was denied and menu card was not provided however when the same breakfast was requested by one of the germane couple it was accepted and also the menu card was given to have a choice. Why such a difference between white skin and indians. Not needed

coupleI stayed in this hotel only for one day. The csituation of hotel is at very good place connecting to all places easily. Very courteous staff and all amenities as described. Good room service and restaurent. I will recommend this for stay at gwalior

Very bad room condition, not at all as shown in the picture
There were bugs as the window was not able to fully shut, room service guy tried to open the door without knocking. As well as they didn’t allowed anyone to come see me. Worst experience ever.
