The service was very poor. We checked in at 11 PM at night. The staff was not supportive at all. Our AC was not working; we complained 3–4 times but nobody came to fix it. There were dead cockroaches inside the electric kettle, and when we asked for another kettle, nobody came to provide one. After 11:30 PM, there was no one at the reception. In the morning when we complained, the manager started misbehaving. I asked him to refund me the amount, but he clearly refused, saying it was not his responsibility.
It was a very bad experience. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this resort.

Suraj sir made a booking for 3 people and got 4 people to check in them, but they need a room without paying the extra charges. Even after praying repeatedly, Sir did not agree to pay the extra charges. When the talks for taking extra charges took place, he found it wrong and he himself ran away in the morning without paying the food bill. He did not even feel ashamed that the resort provided food till 12 o'clock even after coming at 11 o'clock at night. But some people have a habit of stealing and also cheating, this Sir and his wife do the same, Sir's wife calls from on the way and says to arrange a bear & Liquor, and even after reaching the resort she asks for alcohol from everyone at 12 in the night, which is not possible at our place, Sir wanted wine and a bear at 12 in the night, when she did not get all that, Sir & and his wife got angry because he was not given Liquor in the middle of the night. she left the place in anger, even in the morning Sir's wife says that you did not do a single thing of mine, did not even get me a bear, I was disappointed after the review and did not get the bear, this was the truth.
