Review Of The River side Resort, kaichi dham

The resort was not a resort...it was more like a home stay with no facilities. We raised this issue with MMT as well on the same day asking for cancelation of booking for second day but unfortunately MMT only had sorry and no concrete resolution. Unchanged and dirty linen, no intercom, no Ac, no proper room service, no TV connection,

View is so beautiful & services are very good & excellent happy to book this hotel so beautiful experience

Staff is very helpful and it’s a beautiful place to spend some time in the lap of nature. Food is also very tasty.

It was great the staff was humble and the overall vibe of the place and the ambience was nice tooo even we were served dinner at 11 . overall a great place to stay

hotel rooms are not clean, they should keep atleast dustbin in room. location is nice. no parking near hotel u have to park on road side as hotel is on other side of river. Hospitality is great, food is great.

my recent stay at the river site resort, kaichi dham was truly exceptional, and i wanted to share my positive experience. * the rooms were impeccably clean, and the linens felt fresh and luxurious. * ⁠the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. * ⁠the hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of all the major attractions. * ⁠we particularly enjoyed the pool area and the complimentary breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. * ⁠the room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. i highly recommend the the river side resort, kaichi dham, kosya kutauli to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in nainital. i would definitely stay here again!😊

I went to (the river side) with my family, and it gave us excellent family-friendly services. The staff was amiable and consistently made sure i was comfortable. I will stay there when i come back to kainchi dham or nainital.

Extremely good property. Food is good. Hotel staff is extremely good. View from the resort is extremely pleasant. Is on the bank of river. We enjoyed holi celebrations. Morning flute night singing makes your day. Enjoyed swimming pool, high tea and games.

The biggest strength of riverside resort is that it's open spaces, the stunning location adjoining the river and the hills. One can just spend the time in the property on the swings or benches looking at the beautiful scenery. They have plenty of options for activities like swimming pool, badminton, other outdoor sports etc. The rooms are cozy with a vintage look of river, the food is very tasty. There is variety in veg section, but non veg is the strength of the chef. Thank to mr kuldeep for all this.

Resort hospitality is very special. Nice room service quality wow specialy chef khadak singh has taken care everyone with friendly atmosphere. I would recommend everyone to go there surrounding area very good specially the river view. Rooms are neat and clean, house keeping staff very friendly.

Dirty swimming pool, door lock not working, ac not working lot of insect inside the room can't sleep, dirty washroom. Good property of balaut resorts. Pols don’t consider river sides resort in your application, cause it’s very bad experience for all visitors

The air conditioning was not working in the hotel! the fan in the hotel was also running very slowly. I complained to the hotel as well. I complained to mm t as well. But it was of no use.

It's a not the resort. They don't have proper power connection to run the ACs, we're sweating whole night. Even the power was of low intensity and hence fan was rotating too slowly. When I complained, the manager was ready to hit me for asking to switch on the DG as there was power cut. He asked me to check out immediately at 06:30 in the morning. service was worst of all times. When I called at helpline, they even denied the legitimate So obviously didn't get any support from them.
