The roam was smelling a lot. It smelled like sewer. Though the hotel did spray room freshner but it did not help

The property and the staff there were really good and we enjoyed our stay. However I would like to point out the Exorbitant markup on the prices of Water Bottle and cold drinks, that needs to be addressed. This issue was pointed out by the staff themselves and wanted us to address this to the hotel management.

High Charges despite printed on sealed water bo
Charges for 1 mineral bottle is Rs.150/- despite print rate is Rs.40/- every staff saying it's high and not shown any details of Price list in any menu. I have taken video in case any proof required very disappointing

Property is a little old but well maintained, has ample parking space and a great open seating. The staff is quite helpful and the pizzas are great :)

It was my first stay at Bhimtal with 8D Pinecrest, and I highly recommend this property for both families and couples. The location is excellent, with a spacious parking area, a large green lawn, and plenty of recreational activities for kids. The valley view rooms are lovely, offering ample balcony space to enjoy the scenery. What truly stood out was the fantastic service. The staff — Ramesh, Pandey, Mayank — and the manager, Mr. Jha, were all extremely courteous and prompt, making the experience even more memorable.

Awesome resort with mountain view
familyResort was awesome with mountain view. Staff very friendly and well mannered excellent service throughout the vacation. Food quality and higgene was awsome. Kids play area badminton court table tennis add extra value. It was very nice experience staying at pine crest resort in bhimtal. It is around 30 - 45 min away from nainital but there is no rush in this area so very peaceful.
