Food was pathetic / property was not proper maintained even room was not hygiene

There wasn't any complimentary drinks served as mentioned while booking and Service wasn't upto mark as per the price of the room & food.

I had a smooth and pleasant experience with my hotel room booking. The reservation process was quick and hassle-free, with clear details provided about the room and amenities. The check-in was seamless, and the staff was very polite and helpful. The room was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Facilities like Wi-Fi, room service, and housekeeping were excellent. Overall, I am very satisfied with the booking and would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable stay.

The environment and staff was good but the hotel lights goes on and off .. specially in the night .

The receptionist wasnt speaking humbly , i think they didnt knew or how to check for booking and bills In fact food quality was poor

Spent the weekend with family with them, the property is located in a well connected neighbourhood with good rooms and great service.

i have ordered half butter chicken(399rs. as per manu) and five butter roti. but they charged me 525 for half butter chicken and 275 for green salad which i have not ordered and recieved. when i told to day shift receptionist she was very very rude and disrespectful. i an very disappointed and i decided to never stay at this hotel

It was good but there was no welcoming drinks and all as promised on mmt location was great room was good cleaned

food quality is not good, Hotel is not having basics amenities like towel, bucket, sleepers etc in room.

Towels were often unavailable, forcing guests to repeatedly ask for replacements. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was also a concern. The rooms appeared dusty and unmaintained, and the common areas lacked the expected level of tidiness. The staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in addressing guests' needs, further contributing to the negative atmosphere. N short, my stay at the regent hotel was one of the worst i've had. The combination of poor room services, lack of cleanliness, and indifferent staff made it an unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in chandigarh.

there is mouse in my room. whole night we are facing trouble to sleep. services are not that good. We have called for orders but there is always connectivity issue
