Very poor area, no restaurant facility, bed is not comfortable.

Whole day there was no power supply and staffs were also not expediting the activities to solve the problem.

first time very bad experience in so beautiful place Zirakpur. amenities and services was bad. I never book this hotel again 😞😞

Kitchen facility was not available

Very poor facility management, very unhygienic, lunch and dinner they don't provide, they can only provide breakfast after 9:00 a. M. Because cook comes @9am, but if you order outside of the hotel, hotel they will also not provide to reheat your food, terrible experience, they only clean if you tell them to clean the room otherwise no cleaning services they provided by them.

Location was ok. But bathroom was dirty. Bedsheets n pillow cover was dirty. Mattress was in bed confirmation. Every thing was not mentioned

Property location is fine. The housekeeping service is a bit poor as the batjroom was stinking and room was dusty.

Rooms is good and clean supportive staff. Everything is cool. May be some issue in food when we stayed there that time no kitchen service

Staff was friendly, room were small and without any ventilation. Bathroom had a weird chemical like smell throughout. Location is fine-as u can get public transport easily. Breakfast was nice.

The hotel is just at walking distance to the main highway, room was okay but not very well maintained, room space was good, i hadnt ordered food so i dont know about it, its average hotel for me

Hotel's kitchen was kind of irregular as in during my stay i had to order some of the meals from outside. One of the hotel staff also behaved a bit rudely. I told him that you could be a bit more polite in refusing my request but he kept arguing with me. Other hotel staffs were good. Rooms were okay.
