They kept me standing for 45 mins in night and demanded rs. 280 more, tv was not working, staff was un cooperative, terrible stay

the room was spacious. water and electricity supply was good. the room and toilet were clean. but the bedsheets, pillow covers, towel and the blanket provided were very dirty and old. the towel provided was torn from the edges and smell a little. the wifi connectivity was upto 1st floor so no wifi on 2nd floor. dish was not recharged so no tv watching. overall room was good but the things provided like towel, bedsheets were dirty and old.
