This property is located inside Thuraipakkam. The apartment was booked as it was originally shown as 2 rooms and entire apartment. But when we checked in, the other bedroom was locked. It was communicated that only if 4 people booked then only the 2nd bedroom will be opened but I booked the entire apartment. Also near to this property, a mechanical workshop was making hell lot of noise from 7:00 a.m. and could not sleep. If rains, the surrounding areas would smells very bad. You need your own vehicle to reach the place. Ola or Rapido will not come to this place. End of the day, we don't had a comfortable stay.

We do, however, encourage all guests to read the full listing description and house rules before booking, as they clearly mention that a 1BHK is provided for 2 adults and a 2BHK for 4 adults — hence the price difference. Expecting additional space without booking for the appropriate number of guests might be a bit optimistic, wouldn’t you agree? Regarding your comment about the surroundings during rain — while we do our best to maintain our property in excellent condition, unfortunately, we’re not in charge of city-wide sanitation or weather control . As for the location, our listing specifies that we’re based in the IT Corridor, a peaceful area preferred by many of our guests who easily commute via Ola, Uber, or Rapido. If you prefer a more central spot, the city centre might suit you better next time. stay was okay but not the management
stay was okayish, weird check-in and check out hours and also there is no flexibility. owners were arrogant and annoyed not much helping nor welcoming. First of all we pay them for the rooms they provide.

However, our check-in and check-out timings are clearly mentioned at the time of booking, and we request all guests to kindly follow the same so that we can prepare the rooms for the next arrivals. Flexibility is subject to availability, and in your case, we had subsequent bookings, which made late check-out difficult,Even though you have checked out by 9:45 am which is 45mins beyond the actual check out time .
A perfect Family stay
I stayed at this 1BHK apartment in Chennai for 2 nights and had a pleasant experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and ideal for a short stay. Wi-Fi worked well throughout, which was a big plus, and the location is convenient with shops and essentials nearby. It’s a quiet neighborhood, which made the stay even more relaxing. Daily cleaning wasn’t included, but it would be a great addition to make the stay even better. Overall, a good and value-for-money option for solo travelers or couples.

Awesome place to stay. Very well furnished apartment with microwave, all basic utensils and gas stove in the kitchen. They have 1 bhk & @ bhk aparments with queen bed attached restrooms. I would recommend for all the travellers who visit chennai and looking for affordable and spacious rooms. Location right in the middle of the omr road and accessible to all main places particularly malls, apollo hospitals and to world trade centre.

Clean and spacious private apartment for friends get together
Rooms are very clean and hygienic, staff are excellent. Highly recommend this place for the friends and family get together.

Bad maintenance and bad welcoming
There is only two rooms with two beds available we booked for 7 persons but the bed he gave only for 4 to 5 persons and no ventilation throughout the apartment, and when vacating he took some extra time for that he could have charged me as per rules but he used a bad tone on us to vacate faster and he forcefully vacated us,

Thank for your review. 1) we clearly mentioned it’s a 2BHK apartment in our page description and obviously there will be only 2 queer beds(Common sense ) and for extra person we provided single mattress in the floor .Read page description before booking and blaming some one . 2)When you don’t know how to open the windows what can we do ? At least you would have called us and asked how ? Instead you are blaming us for your fault ? 3)you it self accepting that you have took extra time but you hide how much time you took ? The check out time is 9 am but you have checked out by 11:15 am ,we clearly mentioned you in the booking voucher , by in checkin instructions ,pasted information in the living room apart from that we send you a reminder message on previous night later we called you to remind by 8:45am still you delayed that’s why we said checkout immediately or else we will force check out ,why should the next guest will wait for check in where their check in time is 11 am ? If I gave you the apartment by 1 pm instead of 11 am will you accept ? Or if I provided the apartment without cleaning by saying the existing guest checked out late ? We really try hard to accommodate our guest to be happy but sometimes guest like you spoiled our working environment.Whenever and wherever you book the property follow their house rules if you can’t do all these parties and smoking at your home not at someone’s place . Annoyed
