Situated at excellent location with superb connectivity. Very comfortable bed and good facilities - it’s just that the bed sheets were not changed or rearranged even once during my 3 day stay.

I check in quite late and i booked for women dormitory and this was my first time dormitory stay in Delhi and i absolutely loved it. Very smooth check in and good spacious amount for locker. Mine was 18(1) and very comfortable mattress. Very spacious. Washroom were clean. I haven’t tried their food but had water bottle which they sell on MRP(good thing). And easily checkout. Within seconds i check out. Had very good stay. I will completely recommend everyone. Just steps away from NDLS railway station.

Property is well maintained. Location is big advantage, as you come out of New Delhi metro you find the stay right there only. I don't see any safety concern to reach location even at 11 pm. Lot of good people do come to stay here, that gives you sense of safety. Bathrooms are relatively cleaner then other stays

My stay at The metrostay new delhi was wonderful. The room service was nice. Rooms were cleaned everyday. The bathrooms smelled nice and the food at the canteen was tasty and hygienic. Overall a very wonderful experience at such an economical price.

The shower was broken, Internet was not working and through the bed sheets were clean but it had lot of dust and human hair in it which was very uncomfortable

The place is quietly tucked away on the first floor of Delhi Metro's airport express origin line building opposite the New Delhi Railway Station. To begin with I was quite apprehensive of the quality and services. This was my first experience of a pod hotel. I had plenty of time at hand to study the vibes of the place sitting comfortably in their lounge. After careful evaluation of more than 2 hours I decided to book a stay. The booking and check in experience was smooth and seamless. The staff was cooperative and friendly. The room was neat and clean. The bed was tidy and freshly made up. Bathrooms were well maintained. I guess they need to work on food options by offering better quality and variety. It's the center of social activity in the hostel and keeps the entire place lively and brimming with positive energy.

The Property is good but the facilities are not upto the mark for the price paid . The minimum we can expect is a good wifi and cutlery in the room like plates . When we ask for the plates and wifi to be fixed that staff response is like they are checking it and after few mins there will be no one working on it .

it is convenient for the customer property are it is nearby railway station as well as they of variety of accommodation which suits everybody's range

service was not good,bed also was not clean and my luggage (toys) were stolen in my locker.i complaint receptionist but they told me its not their responsibility

It was so good.. beyond my expectations...I really enjoyed the staycation there...if I visit Delhi again I will choose metro stay for sure

The approach to hotel was very inconvenient, room was very small and lacked basic amenities. Really a bad experience. Not worth the price.

Very good location convinient to travel to any part of Delhi due to it's proximity to New Delhi Metro station only the canteen has to be upgraded it's a make shift one right now with limited variety and dormitidy rooms need to be cleaned properly daily as the corridods are cleaned and maintained

Rooms were good, but they need to focus more on cleanliness, particularly - washrooms.
