The room was so small not al tall matching with the picture just a double bed can fit in that small and a stinky smell was also there so i almost thought of checking out from it but they game me their room

Location was good. Hotel was lagging behind in hygiene. Dirty pillow cover. Toiletries weren't provided and were given afterwards on asking. The staff weren't proactive while attending guests and their requests. I wasn't provided the room Key, I didn't dig down onto this issue as I was there for the night only.

Breakfast was nice. No issues with the services also. The room was nice, it was a deluxe room and same as what it was shown online. I liked the ambience of it.

No water for drinking was provided, cleanliness was not maintained, extra blankets were not provided. Tv remotes were without power batteries.

Location was too good but hotel cleanliness was terrible, no kitchen, no water bottles, no toiletries kits, no towels, no bathmats, no bed-sheets, replaced room was stinky, major management issue, MMT helped me out from this. Thank you MMT.
