It was pathetic, the room condition..the staff behaviour, everything thing was bad. Our AC was not working, staff was super lazy and not at all cooperative. Total money waste.

My stay began with some hiccups — I had to change rooms three times due to maintenance issues like a broken AC and a faulty flush. It was at first, but the staff eventually upgraded me to a much better room, which made a big difference. The food throughout my stay was excellent and truly enjoyable. Overall, while the start was rocky, the team’s effort to make things right was appreciated
