You have to climb some 15 stairs to reach the hotel. Service is great. OK value for money.

Great location, good staff, excellent hospitality specially Mr Barkat Ali was very helpful and generous.

This hotel is one of the best ones at Gulmarg. They have huge powerful heaters. You won't feel cold even when outside temperature dips as low as minus 10 degrees. Excellent view from balconies and great food too.

Lovely hotel. Nice location in the medows. Near gandola ride walking distence. Good and tasty food and well behaved staff. Heater facility in everyroom even in bathroom also. Snow mountain view from room window ..

I stayed here on 8 the unexpected 2017. Room was very decorative and bathroom was neat and clean. Hotel staff is very cooperative and location is very near to Gondola and children enjoying very well and food was good.

I booked this hotel for my parents and younger sister for 28th April 2017 via Make my trip. This hotel is a great place to stay. I am overwhelmed by the service they provided. Very cooperative staff, polite and efficient. Food was amazing. Chef did a great job. Location is breathtaking. Rooms were good with heaters provided. Overall an amazing experience. Highly recommended. And thank you The Meadows and Make my trip for such lovely stay.

Ambience & Building:- Book this property if you want to climb a small hill every time to reach your room! Don’t get misguided because of the pictures posted here. This is an ultra small property on a small hill without a proper road to reach. You will have to climb uneven steps from the road to reach this hotel. Doesn’t even deserve a single star and don’t expect the high amount you are paying will give you enough facilities. Room:- Was very small and the toilet bowl was not clean, asked the receptionist for another room and he said this is the best room available. Upon insisting, he showed us another room and we immediately decided to take the previous one!. No basic amenities and management. You ask something and the staff is so scared to answer. Don't have even a kettle in the room!. The central heating system is so stupid that we had to keep one window open to avoid suffocation. Food:- Food is good if you like North Indian cuisine. Ours was a BF/ Dinner included plan- Dinner buffet spread was better than Breakfast. Tried A la carte lunch as well but the quality was just Okay. Staff- No comments, Poor people working hard but not trained properly Overall:- I would be visiting Kashmir again but will never stay in this property anymore.

Although the property is decent and big, the property should be improved. There is no one at the reception at any point of time. The restaurant serves average food. The staff is not at all cheerful and polite.

Location, Room, cleanliness is good but food is not good and also expensive. Services are not up to the mark as they said heater are not working it works only in winter months but what the hell, In may also the temp. Is 8 degree in night. For providing hot water there is also a particular timw whereas other are providing it 24hrs. I'll rate it average or below only.

The night when we stayed in 2016 there was a storm due to which all roads, electricity was cut off. Although the hotel and staff was helpful but in such situations you need sense of security. Somehow I had food poisoning (not from Hotels food) but from outside food and staff was helpful to provide sugar/salt water and since there was no medical shop near by I would suggest all travelers to carry all kinds of medicines.

Rooms are good in size with Led tv mounted on the wall. Beds & bed cover are clean. There was tiny table with two chairs alongside the window. Bathrooms are neat & clean with hot water shower. It has mirror & washbasin too. In short nice experience.

I travelled with my family and stayed there for 2 days. It has been wonderful experience staying the hotel and service is quite good. The hotel staff was very helpful. Recommend for stay at the hotel.

Perfect stay with no issues during check-in and check-out. Hotel staff are good and helpful. Rooms are clean and big. Good for family. My kid enjoyed the stay the most. I will recommend to everyone.

Location was very nice. The surroundings was praise worthy. Room was excellent and when checked in the hotel, it was at a very pleasant temperature there in the room because the room warmer was on. The room size was very big. Interior was amazing. Breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed a lot.

Stayed here for one night and had to find another hotel. Rooms are haunted. Negative energy. No hot water facility in such a cold weather. Food was below average as I fell I'll after eating here. When asked them for hot water they said we can send one hot jar of water and they expected two of us to take Bath in one hot jar of 500 ml.

Very good location with beautiful view especially during snow. Easily accessible and great place for holidaying. Food is good and the staff are at excellent hospitality. Especially Shafiq was very good in the service. It was a great experience overall.

If I come at Gulmarg in future. I stay every time and also suggestions to my friends stay thise hotel. Because it's full money utilized which is I pay. Everyone stay thise hotel. In thise hotel feels luxuries and thanku MakeMyTrip for thise hotel
