stay was good . breakfast spread was great but due to heavy rush at 9 :30 am staff was not able to handle...specially live counters. during dinner [at 10 pm at the Mukticuisine restaurant, food was cold and the bowls were not refilled. many items were missing. at Rs.3000/- no value for money.

Good Property, Good Staff but badly managed
Exorbitant Rates, Shabby Rooms, Mini bar locked, phone didn't work, IRD can't guide on food. Breakfast a complete mess... imagine waiting 20 mins. Shockingly it was musical chairs at breakfast, as twice my chair was stolen while I went for buffet. 15-20 mins Queue at all live counters; Juice lying but No Glasses (finally got paper cup); Flavoured Dahi there but No serving spoon😂!; Pls keep 1 hr if want to try Lalit breakfast. If we know days booking, why not plan for extra/alternate counters, so guest can eat & leave quickly.

Nicely located but none else is really appreciable. Right from your entry to the room amenities, nothing is really palatable with a 5 Star standard. The property is poorly maintained. Even lights in the room are low, towels old, floors coming out. Staff semma to be lethargic and non caring. However, the breakfast lay out was outstanding.

There is very loud disco music playing till 2 am in the morning. And me in spite of being on 5th floor was getting disturbed by it. Rest everything was fine as for a 5 start hotel...

This is my second stay at Lalit Mumbai.. the location is very convenient, close to the airport and going to Bandra and south takes about 40-45 mins which is not bad. The rooms are big and well maintained. The breakfast buffet is nice and pleasing. The highlight of the stay are the hotel staff, very attentive, polite and always welcoming with a smile. This hotel has become my go to stay whenever I visit mumbai

Lalit is a renowned brand name. The property and hospitality was on point and its a great place to relax. It has a concept of little old fashion furniture and if someone ja looking for a very fancy modern hotel room then they should probably look at room images once.

The hotel is old and amenities mentioned like sauna are not there. Overall average experience. Breakfast spread was quite good.
