Hotel stay imwas good. People are very helpful and friendly. Restaurant taste good

We as a family stayed at Hotel Chola Inn recently for three days during a pilgrimage trip. The property’s location was good enough to commute easily. The property doesn’t have a restaurant as of now and is likely to commence from 25th of this month which will be a definite positive to visitors. Our stay at the property was comfortable throughout and special thanks to Mr. Adwik who made this possible with his pleasing personally and kind words. He was very helpful to address all our queries.

Water bottle not provided check in one hour before I am coming not allowed with family very poor experience

Even though rooms are big, neatness is ok and needs more attention for maintenance of bathrooms and restaurant is yet to be opened and reception persons are very cooperative. Location is good.

I stayed at there for my temple visit. Nice room and room service is really good. Ac, water heater and spacious. Very friendly manager mr advik.

Location is good m courteous staff. No food is served here. Overall a nice experience. Recommand for others.

Rooms are not cleaned when we check-in and there is not good cleaning in the restroom. What they posted in the picture is different from the real. No proper car parking facility.

Chola inn is situated near sirkazhi bus stand and sattanatharkoil. It's convenient. If check-in time is morning it will be useful for the visiting people. This may be considered.

Good hotel and neat and clean staff was cooperative

Very dirty bedroom. Felt like staying in bus Station corridor. Make my trip official should visit property before adding them into property list else make my trip may lose credibility from customers.

Room size small. May not be Worth for amount they are charging

I stayed with our family but not up to the mark. This is average hotel.

Hotel needs upgradation as restaurant not available, as rooms which I stayed had bad odor. Hotel management needs a look as when you have customers check in make sure that you have rooms ready up to standards that you mentioned, found difficult to get settle down. Room service are good. As overall, it's an ok for staying.

Decent hotel with minimum of facilities.

I didn't have high expectations. Just wanted a decent and safe stay with family for a night to cover the temple visits nearby. Location is right in the centre and good level of cleanliness you can expect in this area.

Every thing ok. Cleanliness ok, but size of the room is not comfortable. Remaining aspects hotel is very nice.
