The hotel stay was very nice. The room was clean and neat. The staff including the manager were very cooperative and helpful. They made our stay very enjoyable. I will definitely recommend the hotel

A short stay, which is memorable. Ambience is good and service is quite well.

We booked three premium rooms. The staff were courteous and flexible in providing us with early check-in. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Room services were prompt. We tried the food at the restaurant downstairs (both veg and non-veg) and we had no complaints.

Prine location, close to bus stand Thillai Nataraja temple. Well-maintained hotel. They have in-house restaurant serving tasty & hygienic food. Overall we enjoyed our stay and recommend others too.

Right opposite to bus stand, big property with ample parking. Proper 3 star property with restaurant attached. Autos right outside the property to go to temple and come back. Great hospitality from staff. This would be our go to hotel at chidambaram. 8 mins to university. Breakfast spread was good for family.

Bed quality: very small and average beds Bathrooms: very average not even a shower curtain in shower area Hot water: no hot water in the evenings. A hotel of this stature can't do this. Very bad and unacceptable In room dining:no snacks during evenings. I wanted to have coffee and some snacks. They bluntly denied for snacks

Well, the location is quite convenient. It’s only about 10 minutes walk from the temple. It’s right opposite the bus stand. Which can also act as a negative. But if the room is selected such that it is in the row opposite to the bus stand, it’s lot quieter. The service levels were good. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were neat. Not business level but good enough for a small town. I would recommend this hotel.

Room is Avarage but Rent is so High Food non veg very poor and morning brakefast sharply 10 o'clock closed when we have go 10.15 closed it is not velue for money

Old hotel, but renovated .. bed can be improved.. no kings or double bed in premium rooms.. oly single bed there have to join the cot.. No value for money..

Stayed for a day only. The rooms were kept neat and tidy. Usually there will be a bad stink in hotel rooms at small towns. But this one was very nice. Very near to the Bus stand and at a short distance Railway station is there. The popular Nataraja temple also is with in a kilometre. Some two years back I stayed for some time here and that prompted me to try now also.

Aircon not effective. Hotel is good. Restaurants is good. Food is good. Good service. Attentive staff.

The rates are high compared to a good hotel in Pondicherry yet the standard of the facilities is very low. The TV doesn’t work, the intercom doesn’t work. Even the lift fails to work sometimes. Hot water comes from the right side tap. Awkwardly positioned bath adjacent to toilet. The rent definitely is 25-30% expensive. However the room was clean and tidy.
