Property was good, but the staff was so lazy and very bad service. Break fast they about to serve @ 10 am.

The hotel is situated at a good location, very near to stars-capes observatory. The terrace and the adjoining restaurant were pretty good. However, barring a selected few, most rooms do not offer any view. There was lack of professionalism at the reception desk also. However, all the staffs were well-mannered and overall the stay was ok.

Excellent hospitality and food

The behaviour of the hotel staff is good I checked in my room within 5 minutes of reaching the hotel the view from the common hall balcony is good the overall experience is good they maintain a good level of cleanliness in their rooms

Excellent service and cleaning

The stay was quite comfortable with special mention to the service of the hotel staff. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable with all modern amenities. The food served was very tasty with a courteous behavior of the staff with ever smiling face. The view from the room balcony was ok.

We stay at hotel golden peak at sargakhet, mukteshwar. Location is amzing. Hotel property is beautifully maintained. Room facilities are superb and staff are cooperative food is tasty and healthy. Would like to visit again.

They did not provide the good room reception staff behaviour was rough over all services are bad no space for parking

It was an amazing trip. The hotel was really peaceful and we enjoyed a lot. Food from restaurant is good as well. Also, the staff and the owner was really sweet. Satisfied.

I have stayed in this hotel , most of the staff was on leave still staff provided me good hot cooked food with due respect and courtesy, I am overwhelmed with the services offered by staff they have taken care off all of our needs , I would love to visit again , I will suggest people visit the hotel as I am highly satisfied.
