Had an amazing stay here. The people are kind and helpful. The view is amazing. The food, services and amenities are excellent. Had a wonderful experience in Mukteshwar.

This has been the worst experience to stay in an accommodation ever that you have paid 3. 6k per day. Here is the summary for all readers: 1) no western toilet in the bathroom. 2) 10 liter instant geyser installed, which is not even providing hot water for a single person. 3) no hot water jug just a steel jug in which water become so cold in few minutes. 4) no room heater in chillingly -1 degrees temperature at night. 5) no towels they expect it will carry own by guest. 6) no cable connection despite multiple request 7) very narrow and high, steep road to approach to home stay 8) 50% of room lights not working. After these issues on day one i called to the owner, he said i am leaving in delhi hence can’t fix all and after all it’s a home stay so please bear with these i asked at least provide a room heater and start the cable connection which was terminated due to no payment but day two still was the same story hence i checked out next day while i have paid for two days. Mmt please ensure at least basic amenities provide by owner and please ensure some minimum criteria before listing any property on your portal.
