The home stay is about 800 mtrs downhill by walking. Location is not an easy task

Hi Anand, thanks for your feedback. We are 100 m down from main Bhatelia-Mukteshwar Road with a proper signboard on road. We provide complimentary porter service (luggage assistance) during check-in and check-out to make up for downhill difficulty. In case guest have issue with downhill track they can opt for a 300m easy walking trail to reach the property, we take completely care of the luggage

Everything was good, including the room, food, and staff behaviour. The only concern was the 150-metre walk from the main road, which was sloped and lacked a proper path, making it slippery and difficult to walk with elderly people or babies

This property has one of the best ambience and amenities .Staff is very polite . You have to trek to this property and owner provides porter facility which is very helpful.

rooms not as per pics , 200 meters below the road .. no car parking space, caretaker insist for outside food, delivery restaurant ask extra charge for delivery, not able to provide timely dinner, not having milk for tea, caretaker talks rudely

Hi, thanks for your review. We will work on rectifying some of your concerns. Our property is 100 m downhill from main Mukteshwar road and we provide a free porters service to make the stay comfortable, this is clearly mentioned in our description. we have in-house menu in which we have limited the the spread as we focus on provide fresh home cooked meals. We don’t encourage our guests to order from outside as we want to give the best local food experience. My humble request is to please don’t make false claims as our staff which is working day and night get discouraged to see false claim on service

No boards, Have to descend from the main road to reach there

1. This property is not near the main road. You gotta descend a bit to reach there, which is a little difficult for people who are getting old. 2. There is no board on the main road to find this property. We got confused where to go! As maps location finished and we still can’t find this place. 3. The rooms were clean but the washroom had a stinky smell.

Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive of our needs. caretaker of the property was very humble and always ready to tend to our needs. Amazing place with nice views. Liked the vibe and bonfire experience. Chef Madan was helpful and cooked nice meals. Must visit if you can do a downhill trek of 100 m. They provide free luggage assistance which was very helpful. Manager Naveen mentioned there is a 300m trail also to reach the property for elderly, though we were fine doing a downhill trek which took like 5-7 min

The hotel is good but the road reaching the hotel is very uncomfortable especially for the old age parents. Rest once you reach you will get a beautiful view of the himalayas ! food superb! cleanliness superb! rest everything is good!

The place is nice and cozy, we loved the vibe. Property is 100 m down the main mukteshwar road. We stayed at the property with family, including a toddler. Caretaker was nice and humble, and cooked nice homemade meals. It’s a great value for money if you don’t mind taking a small walk to the location.
