Terrible Stay

Our dissatisfaction began the moment we arrived. The reception was poorly managed, with the manager offering vague and suspicious responses. Surprisingly, a security guard appeared to have more control than the manager, instructing him on almost every issue. Decisions were constantly changed, causing confusion and raising serious questions about how the property is run. The condition of the room was unacceptable. Many glass items were broken and held together with tape, showing a lack of basic maintenance. The door lock was faulty and did not function from inside. In fact, two members of our group got locked inside the room, which caused real fear and panic. Despite immediately reporting the incident, there was no response from the management. To make matters worse, the towels provided were filthy, stained with what appeared to be blood and oil, which is simply unhygienic and unacceptable at any standard. The dining experience was rigid and unwelcoming — we were forced to take dinner within their strict time window, leaving no room for flexibility. Breakfast was delayed and poorly managed, with several items missing or served late despite being within the official hours. Additionally, the property misleadingly describes the approach road as “adventurous.” In reality, the road is landslide-prone and extremely risky, especially for travelers unfamiliar with the area. It is not safe and should be clearly stated in advance — not marketed as a thrill. The overall management is highly unprofessional and misleading, and it's shocking to see a hotel guard exercising more control than the actual manager. Please do not waste your money or risk your trip by choosing to stay at this property. It not only failed to meet our expectations but also put our safety and peace of mind at risk.
