The stay was the worst experience i have ever had. The property was not clean at all. Bedsheets were dirty and smelled like they haven't been changed for a long time. There were flies and bees in the room. Washroom looked like they haven't cleaned for months. I would have never booked the property if i had checked it offline and plus the prices that i paid, feels like i have been robbed.

Good property but accessibility is not good

Place was good, kid friendly and had amazing location. But the road to reach the property is not good at all and if you do not know how to drive in hills property then better not take the risk. Food is good but highly overpriced host is ok ok in mannerism. Rooms are average. Only usp of the place is its location and solitude. One time visit is recommended only if you are a good driver.

Food was delicious, staff was very very helpful, took care of every need. Host was very helpful. Only concern was hygiene. Propert is pet friendly doesnt meena that animal hair should be spread every where on the lobby and sitting area. Cleaning behind beds and washroom corners is needed. Rest all was good. Location is outstanding.

Don't waste your money in this hotel. It is located in a remote location which is 1 km from main road and you have to literally trek all the way up. Then the hotel is unhygienic, staff is extremely unprofessional, washrooms are terrible. Almost everyone staying here was discussing about cleaning of rooms and washroom. Only good thing is scenic view you get from the rooms. I think they are charging huge premium for this only.
