Hotel Service is Not Good....quantity of food is justify the rate .and taste is not good. washroom smells too much .

Property is surrounded by hills and also good..Staff is customer centric and giving good response as and when sought services. presently renovation work is going on and only one lift was out of order. food is good.

Comfortable, pocket friendly and gives you a feel of premium stays.

Room ac not working and this is very experienced very vad experience with the hotel wasted of money

The location of hotel is great n the opening area is awsm but the rooms were average not to be good not to be bad, food was low quality and the hygiene also be average overall i want to say the stay in the hotel was average i was really appreciate the loans area that was awsm maintained.

A quality hospitality is a never ending quest, but if you put a budget constraint then there is a solution. Here the solution is Gold palace & resort. At this price the amenities and services were really excellent, appreciative & satisfactory. Let's put in a few points to make it more objective & to the point. 1. Spacious, you take a bicycle and roam around. 2. Full of greenery 3. Beutiful nearby 🗻 mountain 🏔️ views. 4. A large and clean swimming pool. 5. Away from city pollution & crowds in peaceful area on the main highway 6. The staff was good & polite. My 2 year old boy broke the TCMF (Tea/coffee) tray, i thought they would charge like anything but they didn't ask for even a single penny. Extra water bottle were given in evening time. 7. The room was good and spacious, the bathroom was also good. 8. Nice reception and dining area. The food was ok. All in all, it was a memorable stay and highly recommended...
