Review Of The Fern Residency, Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar)

Pleasant stay with nice amenities. Courteous staff. Special thanx to Duhi for her service.

Restaurant service and food is very good. All Staffs are very friendly and supportive specifically “Duhi and NS”.

Hotel service is good and staff is also good (NS) food quality is good over all everything is good

Location is closer to city. Food can be improved a bit. Staff member Duhi was extremely polite and courteous.

Room service was bad. And the restaurant assured me that they will serve the late night food. However, even after asking for the food the staff denied me to serve the food at 11.45 PM. Which is completely unacceptable. Since they had given the available manu for the night ours in the menu card. So i had to sleep without having food.

I am sorry to say room is coming bad smell, no proper maintenance of housekeeping. Have to pay more attention for it

The rooms are neat and clean. The hotel breakfast is also good but they need to improve the food quality for the in room dining. The in room dining food quality is not that great.

service can be improved. since the booking , any query was told to be checked with mmt. ladies on the front desk were just too rude while realizing that we had infant and senior citizens in the group

Average experience overall. Rooms are good. Food is below average. Experience with valet parking was also not so good. Had to take out the car myself as the valet parking staff was on leave.

The hotel staff s very attentive. They are bery polite and care for each and every cutomer. Restaurant staff is good. They help alot. Thankyou Duhi mam, appreciate alot regarding how calmly,politely u helped us, very helpful towards our playful kids as well.
