The Fern Residency, Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar)

We had a pleasant stay at the The Fern Residency, Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar). Had booked 3 winter green rooms for two nights. Location is near bus stand, so in a traffic place, please plan some extra travel commute time if staying here. The breakfast spread was good and tasty. Some of the complimentary things like welcome drink, room refreshments were not given and when enquired about it, the reception staff told us that if you want we will provide, that didn't sound very good! should have done on their own as it was included in the package. Also, they do not have a dormitory for drivers and inf-act no option for their stay if you are travel-ling with a driver. We are asked to book their accomodation in a near by The Fern Residency, Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar) and the staff were sharing the lodge phone numbers! this i feel definitely needs to be worked upon for a 4 star The Fern Residency, Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar) in a famous tourist place where people visit a lot. We have not opted for lunch/dinner so cannot give feedback about the same, but i guess it would have been good seeing the breakfast. Breakfast was 450 inr and dinner 900 or 950 i suppose. There are multiple restaurants around so you do have a choice if you don't want to opt for The Fern Residency, Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar) dining.

Good location. However, it is more of a business The Fern Residency, Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar) than family friendly. However, I booked at the last moment, so not complaining. The food was good, however, took very long time to serve. The buffet options are also limited. Expected more continental items for the price we were paying. The parking area really needs improvement. There are not ample parking spaces compared to the number of rooms. For 2 nights, we were forced to park on the street. Room was clean and spacious enough for a family.

location is the best I think the same just near to the main road which takes you in and out of the city, almost all amenities where provided by the The Fern Residency, Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar), and service is very good, breakfast was awesome even dinner buffet was great... swimming pool is the most relaxing and easy to access as the same is covered so one can swim even if it's raining out side.... great The Fern Residency, Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar), great hospitality and awesome food

The property was good, nice clean rooms.Service was top notch. Foods is very tasty & must try breakfast as there are many items & all are very very tasty. Good wallet parking service. Overall perfect place to stay with fmly & couple.Further MMT offers a great deal for this The Fern Residency, Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar). Very much recommended. It was good as transit The Fern Residency, Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar). Facility was fine. Seems like bit old The Fern Residency, Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar). However staff was courteous. The food was tasty. The late night menu had mostly continental food available. The breakfast spread was good and delicious. Overall good The Fern Residency, Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar) for one night stay.

The The Fern Residency, Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar) was good but it has no windows opening for fresh air to travel to and fro due to which it feels like suffocating and the The Fern Residency, Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar) corridors and room smells differently. No place to walk as it is situated at very congested area. But the food was good. Have good variety and is tasty.

Location of Fern Residency is great as it is on National Highway itself.Rooms were clean , they have parking facility, with valet parking 24 hrs. Food was Ok
