Average Stay
The rooms are nice and overall everything was good. However, if you prebook a specific room type, don’t expect to get the exact one upon arrival. I had booked three king-size rooms around 15 to 20 days in advance, but when I reached the property, they informed me that no king-size rooms were available and asked us to adjust with different bed types instead.

The property is located at prime location. parking is generally available. staff is courteous. the Room experience was sub par due to old painting, no hand towels, limited toiletries.

uncomfortable | Unprofessional!!
The rooms were untidy despite changing the room the room there were soiled linen. The room service folks were behind our life to give good feedback. Not to mention the chaos at the coffee shop during breakfast only made our stay bad to worse

The property is divided into 2 towers and apparently during my earlier visit we were allocated rooms in Tower 2 where the experience was good as the rooms in Tower 2 are decent, however the service is not at all appropriate. They couldn’t deliver one extra towel + pillow for a room with a 14 year kid where we were already charged extra for the kid. Still as we liked the vibe of the hotel we rebooked it and this time we were allocated rooms in tower 1. It was worst experience ... rooms carpet is deteriorated, water clogging in bathroom, again no extra pillow supplied even after paying extra for the kid. Also breakfast is not at all good. Service level is far behind the charges / tariff we pay for the stay. The only positive part was the housekeeping staff... they were very polite humble and cooperative.

Rooms are good but the extra cot is just mattress And breakfast is average. Though the dinner was good . Need to improve hospitality.

Beside of my room, there were huge noise, people drunken and they were shouting. I complained to reception but no zction till 3:00 am

My experience at Amarpreet Hotel was disappointing. The room AC was not working properly, and there was no hot water available. But it seems the same issues never got reported when our Front Desk Manager Mr Manoj had met you in the room when you wanted a change citing no reason whatsoever but remarking something strange as vibes were not there. We requested you to change the room, but you declined. On the contrary you had approached the Make My Trip customer support for a full refund, which is against the policy after having unfounded and ingenuine issues at the time of reporting and we had politely refused to grant such request as we offered to change in case of genuine issues and since the check in process was already done and the room was occupied we could not proceed further.
