bathroom was smelly. no shower door. hotel reception was not v courteous. tv did not work properly and when called, no body came to fix. Overall score 3.5 out of 5

Rooms were great, service was prompt, dinner menu has great local options and restaurant staff were very kind and took great care of us. I travelled with older family members and we all enjoyed the hospitality!

Clean and wide rooms with AC. Stay was convenient. Breakfast spread was good. Close to the highway.. Limuted parking space.

it was on the main road and on the way to my work location. I reached late but was very happy to see the way the front office people helped in getting the food order...really appreciate them

Though my stay was short, the Room was excellent in all respects, Food was good, Breakfast had excellent variety and guest's care was also Very Good. I will recommend this hotel at Aurangabad to all.

Wonderful property, a property developed with a taste. Nice location, good staff n wonderful room dinning n other services. Absolutely clean n crisp linens n towels. Good size rooms full of natural light. Strongly recommended for travellers

Good room size, hygiene room, location is little away from city, food can be improved, hotel rules are little hard, we were double occupancy and they refused to give two key cards after several requests also, as they are in the hospitality industry I believe they can do it. Otherwise rest all good, thank you.

Hotel standards where below average wouldnt recommend it. Hotel amenities in dilapidated state, leaking lifts, bfast area had leaks.. below average food. Staff was good but no use in a broken propoerty. Pics are old ones...

Reception Manager was rude, arrogant and pompous.

Location: near the highway saves traffic. easily accessible. services: quite hospitable staff. polite and attentive. amenities: good neat and clean, spacious well equipped rooms. food: food was fresh, tasty. breakfast options were plenty. good service. however, food rates are bit pricey. overall comfortable stay and good property.

The property is very well maintained and is in a good location (with good access). The ambience, food, staff was top quality and hygienic! We enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

The staff was really cooperative. They asked me if I've stayed before and I said yes , so he gave me the premium room I had booked the deluxe room. Room service was great. The bathroom and the room was very clean . All the amenities in the room were upto the mark, will surely book a stay again . Thank you
