But it seems the same issues never got reported when our Front Desk Manager Mr Manoj had met you in the room when you wanted a change citing no reason whatsoever but remarking something strange as vibes were not there. We requested you to change the room, but you declined. On the contrary you had approached the Make My Trip customer support for a full refund, which is against the policy after having unfounded and ingenuine issues at the time of reporting and we had politely refused to grant such request as we offered to change in case of genuine issues and since the check in process was already done and the room was occupied we could not proceed further. It was overall a good experience but there were some problem with the staff. The room was spacious and comforting but there was no bell boy to carry the luggage and the fire alarms were unnecessary beeping. Swimming pool was not accessible because it's under-construction.

I think, the hotel and MMT charges good money for booking of a room, and the Hotel provides , a room which it considers last in providing to guests. I too have been alloted a room no. 1423 , which being in the last is from the lot of such rooms kept for online booking guests. secondary, for the 1st time in the my travelling history, adhar cards of my kids aging 5 and 4 years have been asked at the counter, such brisking of security is unparalleled and may be in coming future diplomatic delegations can be accommodated. overall the photos and the rooms does not at all match, and so I have checked out the room earlier and shifted to else hotel. total waste of money at Amanpreet

Though we have an automated power supply generator which restores power within 30 seconds, but since the power supply control is at the behest of the govt machinery, we regret at times we cannot be of much help to normalise these occasional power outages Your insights are valuable, and we hope to enhance your experience in the future. We stay for two days w.e.f.9 th May to 11th May. It is situated in polluted area. Complimentary delay check out facility was not provided. Food was ok ok. Swing pool is also not functioning mode.
