Pathetic property, cockroaches in food
The receptionist was rude, made us wait for 20-30 minutes to get a room. We were travelling with a baby and still could not get a room quickly. No welcome drink on arrival. Staff was clueless, rooms were in terrible condition. Service was pathetic. Utterly unhygienic place, we regret staying there. There were cockroaches on tables and in breakfast plates, when told about that, the manager had no answer. Even lodges are more clean and better compared to this so called 4 star property. Extremely utterly disturbed to have visited this hotel.

Need Improvement for Hot Bathing Water
Amazing property but only concern was hot water, rest all were excellent as parking, breakfast, greeting experience and so on..

Spacious but cleanliness to be taken care
Overall thr room are spacious and breakfast is good . The staff is also helpful but the location and upkeep needs to be improved . Too many cockroaches in the room and restaurants . Need to get proper pest control done . It’s ok for a 1 night stay but if you plan to stay longer there are better options and more closer to city . This one is far from city and in an idustrial area . They have gym but thr AC not working in Gym so not of much help . Dinner can be improved . The menu most of the days for buffet seems same . Please add variety

I recently stayed at this property, which is listed as a four-star hotel, but my overall experience felt more like a three-star or below. There were several issues that affected the stay. Firstly, no toiletries were provided in the room, which was quite unexpected for a hotel of this category. There were also interruptions in the power supply during the stay, adding to the inconvenience. The food quality was another area of concern. The complimentary breakfast was repetitive and not up to the mark, lacking variety and freshness. The restaurant’s food service timings were also inconsistent, making it difficult to plan meals properly. Overall, there seemed to be a lack of proper coordination and framework in the hotel’s management and service delivery. With better attention to detail, improved amenities, and more efficient operations, this hotel could live up to its four-star rating—but as of now, it falls short of expectations.

Excellent Stay
Rooms are spacious, extra bed cum sofa is already provided in all the rooms, view of surroundings is nice. Staff are well behaved and mannered, also food quality is upto mark overall it's a excellent stay if travelling with family or children's. Also, nearby markets are within walking range and one can get buses to all big cities from there.

Terrible Stay
The room had cockroaches in it. The telephone wasn't working, and the bathroom had a faulty spray jet which I had to get repaired in the morning. However, service is excellent. Food is mediocre.

Not so pleasent stay.!
We checked in at midnight 12 driving dead tired from Kota. thinking of getting good service and rest as we had drive to Bangalore the next day. But the manager and the receptionist offered us damp room with no proper service. No one helped us till the lift even with luggage. AC didn't stop we were feeling chilled inside. In short not at all a standard room the price should be . Our stay was including breakfast which was again a bad decision for us. The breakfast was again not at all of quality so would rather 2 out of 5 ⭐ please upgrade service!

The hotel is definitely not a 4 star property. Rooms were ill maintained with lot of seepage on walls. Only 1 towel was provided and when asked for one more, they quoted that there is a shortage of towels! The bathroom drain was completely choked and had to call the housekeeping to clear it. The kitchen shuts at 10:30 pm. Also, neither valet nor security was not available for assisting in parking .
