My recent stay at Hyatt Aurangabad was a delightful experience, combining elegance, comfort, and impeccable hospitality. The hotel’s location is ideal — situated close to major attractions such as the Bibi Ka Maqbara and Ajanta-Ellora Caves, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The property is surrounded by serene greenery, offering a peaceful retreat from the city’s bustle. We had a memorable stay at Hyatt Place, Chhatrapati Sambhai Nagar. The property is not quite big but it's strategically located near the airport and Chikaltana industrial area. The staff is courteous and always willing to extend help whenever needed. It has all the amenities you would expect in a 5 star hotel of its league. The rooms are cosy and well maintained. Food quality is good but the breakfast spread could have been better. We reached early morning but the check-in was hassle free and they offered complementary tea which was much needed at that time. We would specially like to mention Mr. Raihaan and Mr. Rajib from front desk who offered us an upgrade at a discounted price. Also would like to mention Mr. Shriram from F&B team who was quite prompt and polite in attending our orders in dining area. All in all a very nice and memorable experience of staying at the Hyatt Place, Chhatrapti Sambhaji Nagar.

Location is close to airport, hardly a km away, far from the town's hustle and bustle. Food - full marks to the food, very tasty, good variety and a very well trained staff. But the hi-tea was a little disappointment with only tea or coffee and a cookie. Facilities- there were no indoor sports facilities but gym was good and sufficient. Overall, a nice stay, nice ambience and very nice staff.

While coming back from the swimming pool when I wanted to have a hot water shower the water pressure was too less and for the entire time period around 15 to 20 minutes there was no hot water at all. Had called the In- housing team as well as front desk. They just kept saying we have asked the engineer to check. After say around 30 to 40 minutes one of the engineer Rohit came and the issue was resolved. But the entire vacation stay was a big disaster and unpleasant! Was later consoled by AGM Mr. Ashutosh related the issue as there was a ELCB ISSUE AND THE METER WAS TRIPPED. I did ask him. In such sudden situation you don’t have a staff to check with all these parameters? The answer was yes we do but it was too late for the entire stay and experience!

Excellent staff. Very courteous, polite, helpful and professional. The dining facilities and the buffet breakfast was outstanding. Amenities like the gym and swimming pool were exceptional. Cleanliness, hygiene and overall ambience is praiseworthy. Keep it up!
