Subject: Extremely Disappointing Experience at Grand Sarovar
We had booked Grand Sarovar solely based on trust and your recommendation. However, our experience was deeply disappointing due to the following reasons:
• The reception desk kept saying for a long time that the booking wasn’t confirmed.
• A large part of the hotel was closed due to ongoing renovation, which we were not informed about in advance.
• The rooms, once allotted, were not ready for occupancy.
• There were no basic amenities in the bathroom — not even paper napkins.
• The dining area was infested with mosquitoes, making it very uncomfortable.
• Even inside the room, there were a lot of mosquitoes, which caused great inconvenience.
• The main door lock of our room was not functioning properly.
Given the overall poor experience, we strongly feel that a refund would be the right and fair course of action.
