The rooms were very spacious, but the rest of the things were not at par even 3 star hotel. The service was pathetically slow, the hotel and the rooms were under renovation, but they are booking the rooms. Morning complimentary breakfast offers very limited options and they fail to keep it warm

Rooms are super spacious. Breakfast had limited options but food was good and freshly served. Overall a nice experience with family.

Subject: Extremely Disappointing Experience at Grand Sarovar We had booked Grand Sarovar solely based on trust and your recommendation. However, our experience was deeply disappointing due to the following reasons: • The reception desk kept saying for a long time that the booking wasn’t confirmed. • A large part of the hotel was closed due to ongoing renovation, which we were not informed about in advance. • The rooms, once allotted, were not ready for occupancy. • There were no basic amenities in the bathroom — not even paper napkins. • The dining area was infested with mosquitoes, making it very uncomfortable. • Even inside the room, there were a lot of mosquitoes, which caused great inconvenience. • The main door lock of our room was not functioning properly. Given the overall poor experience, we strongly feel that a refund would be the right and fair course of action.
