It looks like old construction. I got single room fro approximately 1300- i stayed for 2 rooms. Rooms are ok. Tv all channels were function and so was gyser. Restaurant is also good.

Good service but restaurant is not clean. Service good and all room is clean but hot water problem.

Easy to find location good food amenities and service supporting staff i and my family enjoyed the stay location of hotel is convinent and easy to find it is situated in the core area of city nice service and enjoyable

Poorly maintained hotel. Bad odour when you open the door. They could have maintained better but i don't think they will.

Experience was good, best thing is that even though the property is old, it is well maintained. You won't find dust anywhere in room. Usp is cleanliness. Food is good and tasty. Staff is very cooperative. Hotel really needs renovation to match up with current standards but before that they shall look to renovate the electric switches. One has to get up from bed and reach out for the switches.

The hotel is at decent location-quite and calm. Its near to mgm hospital which is a landmark place. Staff is very supportive. The banquet manager mr. Gurvinder singh is decent and supportive. For value addition only- cleanliness and hygiene can be improved in washroom area.

Reasonably clean hotel with good food. Very quiet so i could do my work and relax. Staff were very good.

Hotel is just opposite to mgm hospital on jalna road, near to many strategic places. Hotel food quality is good. Staff of hotel are professional and cooperative. Hotel needs to improve on quality of intercom facility, needs maintenance of fittings, plumbing, flooring, quality of towels etc. Overall experience was good.

It was an average stay. Room is good. Even balcony was there for our room. But particular smell is there in washroom and it doesn't feel clean because it is old i guess. For one day stay it is okay. Hot water for bathing isn't available. Food at the place is average. Little bit pricey as compared to service.

Rooms cleanliness is good, near to every location, hot water is available, staff is very cooperative.

Not clean. Rooms are having cockroaches. Pantry needs improvement. Bathroom is not clean. Overall the property is old. Needs renovation. Staff is good. Food is ok.

I booked the hotel for guests who are senior citizens above 75 years of age. It was assumed that the hotel would have lift facilty as normally any good hotel would have. The room was on the second floor which made it highly inconvenient to climb as the stairs were also steep. The room is not maintained well and we had seen cockroaches in the wardrobe. The matter was brought to the attention of the hotel staff. Which remained unresolved with an explanation that the cockroach wouldnt come out of the wardrobe. Also due to non refundable policy i couldn’t cancel the reservation.

Clean place with superb food quality, it doesn't have bar that is downer but you can bring from outside

The hotel is old and it is starting to show the age. Though we had an uneventful stay, the comfort factor could have been looked in to and improved by the hotel. Cleanliness in washroom could have been better. No complimentary tea and coffee facility provided.
