Property location is good but service is not up to the mark. Majority of the time staff is not aware about available services/hotel facilities. Given the price they charge service should have been better.

This was jus an ok hotel. Available all average facilities. This also has a restaurant and morning breakfast

Stayed with family of 2 kids, room was great. Staff is very cooperative & restaurant food quality was good.

Kailash location is very convenient, proximity to airport is good, food quality a nd taste is good.

The Hotel is clean and well maintained, The breakfast served is also good. Hassle free check-in and check-out. easy reach to near by airport.

Property was on the road so it was easy to find the property. There were good veg restaurants and a famous non-veg restaurant lokseva for someone want to explore food other the in-house restaurant. Rooms looked clean but lack deep cleaning as the shower curtains had dust the corner of the bathroom looked dirty. The food of the inhouse restaurant were costly and tasted average. My suggestion if you are travel-ling alone please look for food options outside the hotel. The staff was very good and cooperative. Still for the price they charge my stay was not worthy.

Property is located centrally on the main road. Mall, airports, midc, hospitals all are close by.

No tv no coordination if rooms are empty and we ask for one king size bed and not the separate bed then u should give that service

It was a good experience. I am happy that the hotel allowed me to check-in early at around 10:15am. The room was reasonably well appointed. Ird was quite efficient. Good breakfast buffet in the morning, although i wish i had more time to have a leisurely breakfast, but had to check-out & leave for work.

The breakfast was unsatisfactory, the door lobby occasionally lacked lighting, and it took an unusually long time for the water to heat up.
