Location is just ok, Room was neat, Bathroom floor and walls and sanitary was also clean however bathroom ceiling has lot of spider webs and water is just warm not hot. Regarding the breakfast, it was just okay not great but staff were very friendly and well mannered.

when we reached the hotel it looked ok from outside but from inside it looked so cheap and definitely not for family. They are heavily understaffed. One person serving all the rooms and rooftop restaurant as well. there is no one to clean the table as well. rooms are big but washrooms unhygienic. lots of cockroaches in washroom. My child found whiskey glass in the room drawers. Used glasses with finger print and lip marks were kept in the room. overall will not recommend anyone to stay there. staff was polite.

Hotel is well located . Rooms are clean and neat and nicely maintained. Bathroom is also clean and good. Hot water shower is great.Food tastes good. They have underground parking which is big & safe enough. Service at restaurant is quick and good. It’s a value for money hotel without any fancy frills like swimming pool, spa etc. WI-FI works good…overall excellent….

I had to leave in 2 hours because the bed had bugs and the entire place was extremely unhygienic. There was a pungent smell all over and the property is not easy to find. Parking was far off from the property and the road to this place is broken. Would not recommend this to anyone

Room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Check-in was smooth thanks to a pre-arrival call. We loved the room. However, the bathroom hot water tap gave my husband two strong electric shocks. We reported it multiple times, but the receptionist was dismissive, sarcastic, and never sent anyone to check — even after multiple reminders. He just couldn't accept the fact the the tap can pass electric shocks due to wet walls?? This is a serious safety hazard. If my husband had been injured, who would be responsible? Very disappointed with the lack of concern for guest safety.
