There is nothing international about this hotel. Totally unhygienic rooms, poor plumbing conditions. Breakfast was horrible.

terrible and unhygienic place
I had to leave in 2 hours because the bed had bugs and the entire place was extremely unhygienic. There was a pungent smell all over and the property is not easy to find. Parking was far off from the property and the road to this place is broken. Would not recommend this to anyone

Excellent Stay
The room was neat and location is near to the airport and other places to visit in the city. The breakfast was really good and their cooling helped to cook in advance for breakfast based on our request. The overall experience is good. Location: OK Food: Avl only in Evening,Charges are high. Amenities: Nothing significant, Leakage current in Bathroom fittings, no hot water, Team cups were dirty and broken. Only one water bottle per room. Room charges are quite high compared with these substandard amenities. services: No motivation for staff to work, they respond after 4-5 calls

Stay on 15–16 Augu, Room 403
Room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Check-in was smooth thanks to a pre-arrival call. We loved the room. However, the bathroom hot water tap gave my husband two strong electric shocks. We reported it multiple times, but the receptionist was dismissive, sarcastic, and never sent anyone to check — even after multiple reminders. He just couldn't accept the fact the the tap can pass electric shocks due to wet walls?? This is a serious safety hazard. If my husband had been injured, who would be responsible? Very disappointed with the lack of concern for guest safety.

Its very old property. Rooms were stinking. There were too many cockroaches around. Its not a 3 star property. Food was average.

who gave them 3 star. It's a lodge in a slum area . It doesn't have any facilities. Horrible experience, stale food. got ill after having food. Useless hotel
Hotel looks good but doesn't provide in room towels or soaps nor bathroom is cleaned bed also messy doesn't comfort to sleep even ask to management of our problem getting. persons in reception not even listen what we saying.giving a one star also pointless if we pay for our discomfort .don't c pics what hotel is showing to book rooms not even close what they r showing

The pillow cover and bedsheet had holes in it and were dirty. Bathroom mirror was old and of no use, could not see face also. Had to remind to provide dental kits too. Overall avg stay but i guess the experience can be improved by them.

Good Stay
The staff was very sensitive and caring towards the needs of my parents. The breakfast was not ready until almost 8:30am which at times made it difficult to plan the day well but it was always delicious and served with a smile.

Rooms cleanliness is just average. You can see dust almost in everything inside room. No proper parking space. The breakfast was good with lot of options. Located in city centre.
