The property was new , the food quality was great. Opted for buffet but the options in buffet were limited.

It could have been better, room cooling was not upto the mark, called for it but nothing happend, No welcome drink even we were with 2 kids and check-in took 15-20 mnts even after confirmation call 4 hrs earlier.

I recently stayed at Ginger Hotel with my family, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The highlight was definitely the breakfast buffet – the spread was nice, and the pav bhaji stood out as especially tasty. On the other hand, the dinner buffet left room for improvement. Most of the dishes were served cold, with only the dal and chapati being fresh and warm. This was a bit disappointing considering the otherwise good dining experience in the morning. As for the room, the washroom was clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated. However, the room floor was quite dusty, which could have been taken care of better by housekeeping.

Hotel located in good area Hotel is decent and average quality breakfast and response from staff is good. Rate wise little on higher side. Deserves 3000 all inclusive in that city and location Overall it was Satisfactory

Quite decent stay in Ginger hotel. Check-in time was 14:00 PM We arrived at hotel around 14:20 but we need to stay around 30 mins on desk to check-in.

Rooms were clean, well maintained and definitely recommended for 2-3 nights stay. location is very good and has good options nearby.breakfast buffet can be better as very limited options and slightly under staffed and slow service but good stay overall

No Wifi and no kitchen services had to order food from outside.. please work on your services they are terrible

Hotel require maintenance & cleanliness.rooms are average & the same for food and breakfast.The charges are definitely higher than it deserves. I will not recommend this hotel rather many more options are available at this cost.

It’s old property. In good location. They provide minimal basic amenities. Water in the hotel is little hard. We stayed there for Independence Day. At breakfast, all the staff were busy taking photos rather than serving people and telling people when they ordered eggs and dosa that they couldn’t serve because of huge rush. Many guests left without having dosa and eggs even though they had paid for breakfast Buffett. Food is decent and services can be improved.

we are not happy about the property total Block no ventilation and also we drinking bottle order they give me the 57 rupees with GsT and water bottle price 20 rupees it's wrong 😞

I’m a frequent traveler and often stay in different hotels, but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I booked it because of the high price, assuming it would ensure a comfortable stay, but it was the opposite. The staff was unfriendly, and I had to carry my own luggage. The mattresses were uncomfortable, the shower had poor water pressure, and the geyser didn’t work properly. The food in the hotel’s restaurant was among the worst I’ve ever tasted. When I ordered tea through room service, I was given half-used sugar packets—clearly a careless mistake, which they later corrected, but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. I would not recommend this hotel at all. The only saving grace is a third-party vegan restaurant located on the premises, which was excellent.
