Overall experience is good, staff is very supportive and food quality is also good, location is easily accessible.

The room was very neat, spacious & clean. Service was quick. Front desk staff was very friendly, cooperative & courteous. The breakfast spread was elaborate & tasty.. Only drawback is the hotel’s location. It is located in an obscure area.. The hotel is not located in a prime, convenient location ..except this, everything is good about the property..

The stay was comfortable, check-in process was not so smooth though. I have booked through MMT and they could not find my booking information. I was travelling for more than 12 hours and it was a discomfort for me to wait even a couple of minutes and the receptionist denied my booking. Then she checked again and found the booking in my name. The room was well equipped and comfortable.

Enrise by Sayaji Hotel in Sambaji Nagar is a lovely establishment featuring tidy rooms and delicious food at the restaurant. The staff is courteous and always ready to assist.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The sunset view from the window in the evening was amazing. The food quality was excellent. The staff was courteous and attentive, making the stay even more pleasant.

I had high expectations from a hotel under the Sayaji brand, but my recent stay at Enrise by Sayaji was deeply disappointing and frustrating. No Bellboy Assistance: Upon arrival, there was no one to help with the luggage. A basic service expected from any decent hotel was completely missing. Unreasonable Parking Arrangement: Guests are expected to park way too far from the property. To make matters worse, I had to wait for 20 minutes in the parking lot — no assistance, no communication. Breakfast Disappointment: The breakfast service was appalling. No à la carte options, no eggs, no omelettes — it's hard to believe a hotel of this scale can’t serve the most basic items. Zero Room Service: No option for room service, which is a standard across even mid-tier hotels these days. Poor In-Room Amenities: The room telephone didn’t work properly, making it difficult to even contact reception. Terrible Switchboard Design: The light switches are placed under the pillows, requiring you to physically slide down the bed and dig your hand into the gap just to switch off a light. Who approved this layout? It's beyond inconvenient — it's absurd.

The location and room is very nice. Only issue is with the parking and luggage to get it inside the hotel. The guard needs to be vigilant about it. Apart from that room service is also good.

Nice and clean room as promised. The hotel staff was also co-operative. I checked out a little late but still the hotwl staff co-operated with the same. Happy with the service.
