It's a disastrous experience and I would recommended please don't waste your hard earned money to book a stay here. Only female staffs are there... You can't even expect any hospitality here. Please don't book your stay here.

The rooms are very well maintained but the service is very slow. There is no wifi inspite of mentioning on the site. The resturant serves only veg food. We had to wait for 2 hr till we got our lunch. The room service number also doesn't work

Very good MTDC but need to conceal bathroom glass window

Good ambiance, cool place , clean room and washroom.. receptionist are good. 24 hr security, only problem is near Ajanta building there is outside tap near washroom of 101A room which is not not good. Outsider cab driver has direct entry and they use this for washing cars. Also gaps in glass window so some one from outside can easily see inside bathroom

1. Rooms were good with all amenities working right. 2. In the beginning cleanliness was good. 3. WiFi service not available. 4. Canteen food was too costly. 5. For TV, there was no recharge for settop box, after multiple reminders also service was not provided. 6. Apart from regular servants, no higher authority was at the place to address any issues. 7. The place is located at the centre of the city, giving freedom to move anywhere easily. 8. Overall the management is least bothered about customer service & improvisation.

It was a great experience and polite stuff. They tried to resolve our query even when the manager is not on duty. If you are booking one room for 3 people then keep in mind that you will get a mattress only not a full bed for 3rd person.

The location is very near to railway station. From this location all tourist spots are easily approachable. The market area Kranti chowk , Paithan gate area is also near. This MTDC property is managed by all women staff. I personally found all the young ladies very well behaved, soft spoken & helping in nature. This MTDC property is having huge parking area and a lawn where childrens can play. Talking about the rooms...We had our stay in Ellora building having Executive rooms. The rooms are quite big in size, very clean.Room does have a small fridge , a office table and few chairs. The bed is clean, soft and bedsheets are changed daily. The bathroom is big in size , clean , have geyser and provided with soap daily. The room is provided with AC. They serve morning delicious breakfast with two varieties to eat & tea.Only point I want to suggest that they must provide water in Kailasha restaurant . Presently, we have to purchase water bottle. The campus is big in size and maintained. Our stay was for four days with three rooms, so can note and write detail review. Highly recommended for family stay with reasonable rates

Very nice place to stay in Aurangabad. Cooperative staff. Breakfast timing was not as per our requirement. If you want to avail the facility of food then it takes a lot of time because food is prepared instantly. This can be improved.
