Their is no maintenance of Rooms. AC not working properly, wash room tap leakage problem. Bed sheet is not properly washed. Complementary Breakfast is having only one item

Good Stay
It's location is very good, can be reached easily. Near to the cidco main junction, near to the hospital facility, good eateries just in a walkable distances( kitoo's appe restaurant is bang opposite the hotel. And the hotel is very spacious. If they maintain proper cleaning in common areas, will be the best.

Pathetic is not the word for this hotel.
My time at this hotel was marked by a series of frustrating issues that left me greatly disappointed. The level of management and care from staff members was utterly inadequate, leading to a range of problems that significantly impacted my stay. One of the most significant issues i faced was the lack of hot water for three consecutive days. Instead of receiving a proper solution, i was provided with buckets of hot water by the cleaning staff, which was both inconvenient and unacceptable. Moreover, my room was small and poorly maintained, adding to my discomfort. The fan in the room was also unreliable, and to top it off, the tv had no network connectivity throughout my stay. In addition to these problems, the state of the breakfast area was appalling. The tables were dirty, and the tablecloths seemed to have been neglected for quite some time. I have attached photographic evidence of these conditions for your reference.

Terrible Stay
I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at Treebo Varsha Palace on December 24th, 2024. There was no option for early check-in, which was highly inconvenient as I arrived at Aurangabad at 7:30 AM by flight and reached the hotel at 8 AM. Due to this, I had to book another place for a 3-hour stay until the check-in time, which added unnecessary stress and expense. The room itself was not well-maintained. It wasn’t clean enough, and basic amenities like water bottles and towels were missing. We had to request them, and only then were they provided. The breakfast options were also very limited and disappointing—just poha, vada, and a few slices of bread. For the price charged, I expected better service and amenities. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations. I would not recommend staying here unless the management improves their service quality.

Strangers were knocking at midnight, cleanliness was not upto mark. Location of hotel was good. Breakfast should have more food items. Bedsheets and pillow cover should be more cleaner.
