Water scaling all over bathroom no shower working hotwater takes atleast 7 mins to arrive. Only worth room No food facility after 10 pm Either tea aswell. Forgot to provide me back my Aadhar Card.

Average service for stay
Electricity supply was not there and staff was avoiding to switch on the generator. Restaurant food quantity is very less.

Terrible Stay
Frequent power cut generator not working. Breakfast worst. No tea maker in the room. Towels bedsheets dirty.

great and comfortable AC rooms, food quality can be better, options in menu are less, breakfast was ok.. requires improvement in quality of food. otherwise overall decent stay.

Good stay only for short business or vacation travel near air
The advantage is proximity to airport. Rooms are clean, but toiletries & towels need to be improved. No kettle for instant tea or coffee in the room. Complimentary breakfast is minimal with a fixed menu. The ala carte order served at room was well presented but didn't taste that nice all the staff were very polite and helpful.

Good Stay
It was nice stay but i suggest management to do some home work before the guest check in, such as to keep all blanket, bedsheet etc to keep fresh one and toilet soap and toilet paper should make available after charging good amount of room rent. To keep expectation of the guests.

Please avoid this hotel. Not worth the room rate.
The hotel by the name and room rate is grand but the service and behaviour is very poor. Minimum amenities like toiletries are not provided. The toiled seat cover was missing and the table in the room was a day away from being full with fungus. We stayed for 2 days and there was no service of changing linens and providing refill of complimentary water bottles. We had to ask for the bottles and even then they were very hesitant about it. They have very limited parking, probably shared with a private area. So we had to keep our car outside which resulted in scratches by stray dogs.

Cleaning need to improve a lot, maintenance of room is not upto the mark, staff behaviour is good. Food quality need to improve.

Good Stay
Hotel grandecotel is located just near the airport( 5 minutes by car. The rooms are clean and provided with all facilities. Service is good (with scope of improvement)

Thirdclass hotel. Facilities worst. Only 1 serviceboy was the best.
We pay for room and facilities is thirdclass. No hand towel. No hand soap. If we ask then they give. No bathroom mat. Towels dirty. Breakfast in dining but no lemon with them. Food was costly. Room bed was too much soft and imbalanced. And needs to. Improve its bedding. Even in room no water given unless asked. No cold water with them. Only best part was the service boy. Whenever i call him for anything so he comes in 1 minute n gives what we want.
