rooms are not clean, even blankets also not changed , door mats not changed, wash rooms not clean, ac not working

Location is way far from actual city, fares are high, for the remote locality, food is average, staff is not helpful, and want to smooch money whatever possible and not understanding our situation

Bad experience with reception and also room are not clean. Check in delayed by the receptionist and bad behaviour

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location was perfect, close to major attractions yet peaceful and relaxing.

I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the hotel room provided to me. The overall cleanliness is very poor. I was given a dirty towel, and there is a foul smell throughout the room. Additionally, there has been no water supply since morning, which is highly inconvenient. I request you to please look into this matter urgently and take immediate action to resolve these issues. Worst experience the Images given on MMT are not matched at Hotel Place.Not clean every where dust & disgusting are below bed terrible experience it was if MMT can refund pls fo bcz i wanted to change the location but found that it was non refundable

Very Bad Experience, No Cleanliness, Bedsheet not good, Bathroom is very unhygienic. Flush not working, Door lashesh not good.

The most terrible and worst experience ever. The rooms were not cleaned the mattress and the bed sheet were stained not changed the bath was smelly and not cleaned even after a several request. Worst ever it’s just a waste of money.

The worst experience ever, have never visited a place which is this badly maintained. The mattress, the pillow cover everything is stained and dirty and not even replaced if a guest is arriving. The washroom is all direct me smelly we told the staff to clean it n number of times but they never came up and cleaned. It was terrible experience the pictures are not even close to what it is in real. The service is terrible there nothing was provided be it water,towel or soap. I recommend to never visit such a horrible place ever it’s really a waste of money.

As per app I’d an option to check-in as the given slot and I’d selected between 6am-7am However receptionist was denying the Same and asked me to speak to customer service The bathroom was not clean The shower was not working Geyser was not working
