The breakfast is not good, neither is the room clean and there are no other facilities like soap, toothpaste or any kit

Hotel experience was not good ac not worked whole day, in such summer time in 40 degree had to sleep without ac, they ha-be givrne another room but for that room also same condition, restuarant is closed hemce no dinner no food served, very bad experience

Hotel is quite good but they provided us a double bed room but the cushions were so uncomfortable n due to that back pain started. Hope so they try to resolve bed problem for sleeping. Rest all good and staff were also polite. Thank you

Terrible Stay
One of the most shambolic experiences of my life, almost all rooms have the smell of cigarettes, the sit out kind of thing outside my room has innumerable cigarette buds. My room ac wasn't working at all and water was dripping out of it. The sink was totally in repair condition as all the water was clogging. Please don't look at the pictures and get deceived.

Extreme dirty.
Extremely dirty. Soiled towels and bed sheets. Unclean rooms. Dirty washrooms. Unwashed glasses and tea cups. Washroom was so dirty it had fungus grown all over. Location and food was good.

familyBreakfast was very limited as per charge. Only 2 items in breakfast. Room was big but seems to be old property, bedsheets were torn out and pillow was very dirty.

Very small rooms, Bathroom do not have any ventilation. Food is not at all hygienic. Staff is not helpful. Definitely, it is not a recommended hotel for any family.

Hotel stay was disappointing, too much dust in the room, floor wasnt clean enough, bedsheets and towels were also unsatisfactory, ac wasnt working properly, basic things like one time use slippers should have been provided, iron wasnt available, bathroom was ok, room walls were not in good condition. Staff was helpful and polite, food was good. There is huge scope of improvement. Overall i would give 2. 5 star for stay and 3 star just because the food was good.

Worst stay experience eve
Staying with this hotel has been the worst experience for me. Initially while booking the room through make my trip by mistake it got booked for double occupancy. I asked for help to mm t helpdesk to correct the mistake by changing it to single occupancy but they simply kept me waiting & later told that we are helpless. Booking can't be revised & even if it is revised i would be needed to pay the same charges. The room was not clean. I needed to call the reception again to arrange for the person to get it cleaned properly. The breakfast part was highly pathetic. The hotel booking with the teriff of rs. 3100- i was only served with cold up-ma & poha. There was not even drinking water or glass on the table. The value for money equation miserably failed in this case. I will never recommend booking at this property to anybody. Even mm t could have saved some of my money by helping with revised booking but they did not.

The iron is not available and the room does not clean the staff is not helpful, food quality is very bad only 2 cheap options available in breakfast the hotel is not matching treebo standard
